What inspired the ChristLike app?

The inspiration for the ChristLike App began with a moment that deeply impacted my heart and faith. One day, my mother came home after an incident that had shaken her emotionally. As she reflected on how she handled the situation, she said something that stopped me in my tracks: she told me she would grade herself an “F” as a follower of Christ because she felt she had not responded in a Christ-like way. In that moment, it became clear how many believers genuinely desire to live like Christ, yet often feel they fall short in difficult situations. Many people love God deeply, but they have never been taught practical ways to grow spiritually, respond with grace, or develop a life rooted in prayer and Christ-like character. Through prayer and reflection, the Holy Spirit placed a vision on my heart — to create a tool that would help believers grow, reflect, and intentionally live more like Christ in their everyday lives.

The impact we hope to make.

The ChristLike App was created to help people intentionally grow in their relationship with God and reflect Christ in their everyday lives. Our hope is that it becomes a daily source of encouragement, prayer, and spiritual guidance—helping people pause in life’s challenges and ask, “How can I respond in a Christ-like way?” Through scripture, prayer, and reflection, the ChristLike App is designed to help users build stronger spiritual habits, deepen their faith, and bring more grace, patience, forgiveness, and love into the way they live. Our prayer is that as individuals grow closer to God, their lives will shine as a light to others—impacting families, communities, and the world around them. Because when people live more like Christ, lives are transformed.

About the founder

The ChristLike App was founded by Arey Glass Sr., a man of faith committed to helping others grow deeper in their relationship with God and live lives that reflect the character of Christ. Through his work in ministry and chaplaincy, Arey has walked alongside people in some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments. These experiences strengthened his calling to encourage others to develop a stronger prayer life and a deeper walk with God. Inspired through prayer and guidance from the Holy Spirit, Arey created the ChristLike App to help believers build intentional spiritual habits and pursue a life that reflects the love, grace, and example of Jesus. His mission is simple: to help people grow closer to God and live more Christ-like every day.
